There is nothing better than having your newborn baby portraits done by a professional photographer.
We understand all the difficulties you may have to bring your baby to a studio in the middle, or just before, of his feed or nap because that’s the appointment time.
That’s why we believe that there is nothing better than having your baby photography done in the comfort of your house and when the baby is ready.
That’s how we offer an excellent service as a baby photographer Derby.
We will come to you when it’s more convenient for you and the baby.
We’ll follow his/her patterns to make him/her happy and ready to be framed. You choose the location, at home or somewhere you like (this helps especially when there are older siblings who need to keep moving).
Why having Baby Portraits?
As parents ourselves, we know just how quickly your baby’s first year will fly by; a tiny baby cherub now but within just a few months becoming a little person with their own unique character. This is the time that none of us can ever bring back and for this reason we believe it is important to professionally record these early days.
When are the best times to do the portrait sessions?
MUM 2 BE – that special time for the mother, just before the birth of her child (week 36 onwards);
NEW BORN – just days old, when the baby is growing rapidly, no matter the birth marks;
BABY – up to 4 months old, when they can lay on their tummy and lift their head;
SITTING – about 6/8 months old, when they can sit unaided;
WALKING – around their 1st birthday, when they can walk and run outdoors quite confidently;
FAMILIES – we’re happy to create a long lasting family portrait for you where you can call in other family’s members (preferably up to 7 in total if indoor).
Portrait Photography Prices
• Baby SOLO single shooting session at £30 each – excludes any presentation options.
• Special Discounts on PRE-BOOKED Sittings: 3 sittings for £75 – 6 sittings for £120; each sitting includes a 7’x5’ print. Siblings are welcome in.
• Baby 1st Year Package Folio, the Watch-me-Grow package at only £40: includes 3 shootings at 3-4 months intervals over the Baby’s 1st year, and each of those record the baby’s growth; the Triple ivory Portfolio is included (three 5’x5’ prints).
• Christenings - ceremony and party coverage, with your top 20 photos on CD it's only £129.
Baby portraits can also be done in conjunction with earlier maternity portraits, by combining the two phases in a multi-session shooting.
Many professional presentation options are available for you to choose:
wall mount acrylics, digital storybooks, slip-in albums, wrap arts, frames desks, canvases, calendars, cubit frames, personalized cards.
